  • 1. Does DailyPin collect my data?

  • No, DailyPin does not collect your personal data. The app is designed with privacy as a priority and keeps all your information local on your device. Your tasks, your progress, your privacy. Everything important stays right where it belongs - on your device, under your control.


  • 2. How do I add intentions or goals to the home screen?

  • Open the DailyPin app and enter your tasks (up to 5 tasks supported). After entering your tasks, select a background image and tap "Lock It In" to create a wallpaper that gets saved to your Photos app. You can then manually set this wallpaper as your Lock Screen background through your device's Settings.


  • 3. Why aren’t my tasks saved?

  • Tasks are saved locally in the app's SQLite database when you create wallpapers. If you're having issues with tasks not saving, make sure you complete the wallpaper creation process by tapping "Lock It In" on the preview screen. The app also has a "carry forward" feature that lets you copy incomplete tasks to a new day.


  • 4. How do I set notification time?

  • In the DailyPin app's home screen, look for the daily reminder settings (bell icon or notification settings). You can enable daily reminders and set a custom time (default is 8:00 AM). The app will ask for notification permissions and then send you daily reminders at your chosen time with messages like "Your 3 Big Things await" and "Let's make today count."


  • 5. How do I reset or clear today’s tasks?

  • You can clear your current tasks by using the "Start Fresh" option that appears in the completion follow-up modal, or by manually deleting the text in each task field on the home screen. The app starts with 3 empty task slots by default, and you can add up to 5 tasks total using the "+" button.


  • 6. Which devices and iOS versions does DailyPin support?
